Is this situationship something or nothing?

Recently I started going out with a coworker, we started off by grabbing lunch and slowly hanging out outside of work and now it’s where we’ve hanged out everyday for the past three weeks. Every week we have a day together where we go grocery shopping, cook together, and watch movies till 3-5am. Now obviously over this time I’ve gained feelings for her and she is quite flirtatious back. And we have grown quite close and found a lot in common ground that even our other coworkers have noticed asking whether we are dating since from an outside view it would seem that way. However, I asked her out for an actual date last week and she said “it’s not that I don’t want to but I don’t want to be with anyone I work with.” Which is quite understandable but after that day she has now been telling me how she wants to find a new job, etc. We’ve still been doing our usual thing together of going out, cooking, etc but is it possible she does have feelings but wants to wait till we aren’t coworkers or she is viewing as purely platonic?

I should also note that after I asked her out she has been much closer and more attentive as well as concerned about me and asking for updates about personal stuff, if that even solidifies any thing else

She likes you lots but is keeping a tight watch simultaneously. She will be really upset if your Status changes to “Dating” given it will not be her

So quick update, we hanged out like we usually do on Monday but this time it was different. She started cuddling up close and stayed the night (nothing else happened), but completely different behavior. We hanged out all of Tuesday and then dropped her off later in the day. On Wednesday she came over again and but more intimate with the cuddling and staying over once again. Obviously in my eyes I see this as an absolute win and progressing nicely. Couple of our coworkers asked her if we wanted to all go out together as a double date but they didn’t mention it being a date situation hence both of us are in situationships. She said she is down. I’m very bad seconding guessing my self and thinking that she may be a person who cuddles with friends, but I’m more on the positive side of things. What do you think?
