Emoji’s can mean so many things, either she means it’s sickening which could allude to jealousy or she finds it so sweet it makes her “sick” but she also may not want to hear about it. At your age (if you’re both single) less is more, he’s already your boyfriend, it may be best for your friendship and relationship to keep the sweet things he does for you to yourself, unless asked of course. It will create more intimacy keeping those things private with your boyfriend and allow more room for things that are relevant to your friendship :)

It's just jealousy.

So many of my ex's girlfriends and sisters tried to sabotage our relationship that it's ridiculous. She would straight up tell me that they were jealous of how much I loved her.
