How do you date someone when you both don’t have your own place?

He’s about 3 hours away from me and I’ve never dated anyone or started seeing someone who didn’t have their own place or that I didn’t either. I usually lived on my own but moved home during pandemic and to help a family situation. This new guy I’ve been seeing also had a house with his ex but they sold it when they broke up and he’s moved back home as well.
I’m having hard time trying to figure out what to do here in terms of spending time together intimacy wise. Do I book a hotel room? That sounds so bad … lol
I need help and advice.

i wouldn’t. i did that last year with my ex and it was a total shitshow. after that i vowed to never be in a relationship where one of us didn’t at least have our own space.

Um find better criteria or upgrade/solve your own first? Sounds dickish, but really think about it.. This is a LDR where both parties live with their parents!
