Who do you think rejection sucks the most for?

Who becomes the saddest by rejection of a love interest? And who takes it the most disappointingly when it happens?

Attractive men and tall men probably aren't used to rejection very often, but have plenty of other options out there to quickly rebound and recover.

Unattractive men and short men (like me) get rejected more than anyone else, but also are probably the ones most likely to become used to it.

Women rarely ever make the first move or do the chasing, but because of this, aren't used to rejection or handle it as gracefully or tactfully as men do.

So who becomes the saddest/most depressed the most often when rejected?

How do I know how someone else REALLY feels when they get rejected? I broke up a 2 year relationship in 2017 and I saw her cry some tears but I don't really know how she felt, how long she felt it, how long it took before she was moving forward, etc. May it was crocodile tears but maybe she was devastated and still mourns for losing me (probably not.) I'll never know.

Even though I was the dumper and not the dumpee, it bothered me, too. And I really don't care if it bothered her more or less than it bothered me. There's no consolation in either answer.

Attractive tall men know there's more fish in the sea. For unattractive short men it's another kick in the teeth.

For women espicially women who's whole identity is tied to their physical appearance rejection is devastating and can make them do crazy things. I've rejected very attractive women in the past one who basically took offense and berated me in front of everyone at a bar, years later when I was single again she slept with me just to prove a point to herself. Another I happen to mention to her in conversation that she wasn't really my type and didn't really find her attractive, even though she was a lesbian she made a point of sleeping with me being a narcissist it mattered to her that a straight male like myself was attracted to her. It's actually dangerous to reject a woman, that's when the false allegations can start as well as stalking or even violent behaviour.

It sucks the most for insecure people. It doesn't matter if you are tall, short, attractive, ugly. If you are insecure, rejections is going to suck more.

Girls get really hang up when they get rejected because girls get too attached... I remember a girl was sad about it years later and another girl kept going for months... But at some point later they switch it off and that guy becomes just dead to them... forever... When attractive guys get rejected it's just a hit to their ego and they take it as a challenge but if it doesn't work nothing big there's a lot of fish in the sea... Unattractive guys who get rejected all the time.. Well... those poor bastards lmao... they have it the worst..

I'd say women. Shorter gents like yourself develop a familiarity with it and just become used to it like you said. (Most men develop a familiarity) But women hold on to feelings of what could have been, or what he might not have liked about her. So it's this built up false emotional connection that causes them to fall before there's even a step to trip over.

Same. I’m short, unattractive and get used to it even it’s sad and a little pain after that. But I voted for women since women who rarely make a first move and get rejection like… they just want to go somewhere to hide on the place they are with the guy.

I don't know I don't think I ever cared I been rejected but it wasn't really rejection some chick was tryna play games so she found herself blocked & the other chick was married but she didn't tell me until I tried to smash her n that's stupid.

And other rejections are from me being forward and some chick's respect it and others don't so I block them cause we not going on dates hahaha but last I check women hate rejection.

Look at players for example. For them it's a number s game. What they won't tell you is that for the one yes, they got 9 nos before. I

PUA rejection isn't about getting rejected as a person, it's about getting rejected by the woman from sleeping with a stranger.

There's no getting numb to rejection. There's no basement to how bad you can feel by rejection. Each time makes you feel worse.

Probably women although since like you mentioned most don't ask out a guy, but plenty do wait around for a guy they like, and the rejection really hurts them if the guy doesn't like them back..

I think rejection probably sucks the most for those who put a lot of time and energy into a specific person, only to have that person say, "No." I get rejected more than a midget who's trying to dunk on LeBron, but I also cold approach a lot so I expect a low average.
