A girl who is my friend and knows I'm interested in her asked me out and we both had a blast. We went out to eat first since neither of us had eaten. We both talked about what's going on in our lives and also funny stories with many laughs (She laughed at some of my unfunny jokes too). We talked about sushi and how I haven't had it before so she said herself we can go somewhere and you can try some off her plate (already planning 2nd date?). She was also very engaging in the convo's and locked eyes.
She then suggests we go rollerblading. I haven't done that in like 14 years so I was rusty and slow at first but she still waited for me. 2 times I almost fell and she touched my arm but it was like a touch where it wouldn't have done anything if I did fall. We sat down and she sat so close our legs were almost touching. Then on my way to drop her off she wanted to hear me sing solo and then complimented my music taste (She has the same taste) and my voice, she said it was deep? Never heard that before from someone lol.
Then she wanted to sing together and so that's what we did until I dropped her off. We didn't hold hands or kissed because I wasn't sure if that's what she wanted since she just got out of a relationship. I texted her the following morning and told her I had fun and we should go out again soon and she responded with "For sure!" Does she have any interest in me? I want to make more moves but she recently got out of a relationship. Thank you for reading.

I think she’s a little confused as to whether she thinks you’re a cool guy to be her friend or if you’re what she’s looking for for a boyfriend. Has she said anything else to you? She could also just be conflicted due to still trying to get over her ex fully and process everything
Well this is our first time out together like this. I want to make a move but I don't want to make her uncomfortable and believe me when I say this but I'd walk on an escalator the wrong way covered over with hot coal barefoot just to give her flowers. I don't want to mess this up.
I’d definitely initiate another date then. I believe you about the coals. Just keep in mind that she may not be ready to date someone else for a while, and she should be mature enough to tell you that honestly if she needs time to keep getting over the past relationship
Is that something I have to look for through her actions/what she says? Or would I have to ask that on the second date? Also is it a good idea to try to hold her hand when we go out again even though she got out of a relationship a few weeks ago?
on the next date, you could see if she wants to talk about her ex at all and how it’s going for her moving on. when i was trying to get over someone, i always appreciated being able to talk it over and process it with my new boyfriend
When I passed her a plate at a restaurant she kinda over did touch my hand (I'm not complaining) and during our rollerblading "date" she did touch my arm twice because I almost fell 😂😅
Yea, my "draw bridge" is still up a little. I'm not looking for a pen pal and I made it clear to her a month ago. But she is a FANTASTIC person. I enjoy spending time with her.
