Sex is inherently unequal between the sexes, so, no it isn't going to be fair. At the same time, just because the girl has less sexual experience doesn't mean she's being taken advantage of. In fact, women with no sexual partners except for the guy they marry have the highest marital success.
If a girl feels animosity against the guy for having sex while she didn't, then she has every right to go find a virgin guy. The problem with this is that virgin guys are typically not desirable- otherwise few would be virgins. It's harder for a guy to have sex, and they have to have something of value to get it- girls simply have to open their legs.
And then you learn the guy is a very loving person that was a great partner and that was cheated in all previous relationships so that's why they ended.
Hard to give you an answer. It's up to how you feel I guess. I was thinking the same way with you. But I started thinking that an experienced girls may be a good partner that just got lucky so I started changing my mind a little bit. Also, finding an attractive virgin after some age is hard so it isn't even practical to begin with...

How does fairness come into play here? If as a virgin you want a guy who is a virgin then thats what you want. It is not as if he has been unfair with his life prior to you - he has just had different values.
