How can I make him come back?

So a guy I used to like last year and had a failed talking stage, texted me a month ago. He apologized for not trying enough and asked for a second chance, so I said "yeah let's try again" as I was single in that moment. We had a perfect one month but only could again out for once because of my busy schedule. We weren't official but everything was going perfectly. However when our school opened again after the semester break, things went south. He didn't even say hello to me in school but texted me afterwards and we talked for hours. by the way his best friend and I used to "date" like 5 years ago for a very short amount of time and we haven't talked since then. Apparently his "best friend" was threatening him about me. I heard that he said "If you keep talking with then don't even come near me". And I'd like to mention that I was the one who broke up with him for lying to me, but for some reason he doesn't like me. So the guy I've talking to and i had to end our relationship 2 days ago. His other friends that I'm close with said that he was literally in love with me and never cared for anyone else like he did for me. When we were talking on the phone, the only thing he said was that he was sorry for everything and that we just couldn't "get along". I cried my eyes out that night because of anger and sadness. I want him back so much but I don't know how I can do that.

How can I make him come back?
