so my guy friend and i both established we like each other but agreed to wait a while to date. he said he was afraid i would find someone else and i promised i wouldn’t. i was worried he would find someone better too but he also promised he wouldn’t. there’s this other girl that’s trying to take him and i’m terrified he will choose her even though he says he doesn’t like her. i’m just scared to death she’ll make him change his mind. do you think he will stick beside me? i know it’s not official but i’ve genuinely liked him for a while so of course it kind of bothers me a bit.

You’re just going to have to trust him. If you like him and want to date him then trust that he will stay loyal to you and if he doesn’t, then it’ll hurt but at least you’ll know where you stand and can begin to move on. Why are you guys waiting to date if you don’t mind me asking?
