What do you look for on a first date?

I take people on dates to an expensive restaurant that one of my friends own. I will then watch your table manners, if you spend a lot of time on your phone, if you automatically go for the most expensive menu item, and ESPECIALLY how you treat the waiter/ waitress. They’ll make minor mistakes like “forgetting” a menu item, and then I’ll watch to see If you treat wait staff like crap because if you treat those you view as lesser than you as crap, then you’re more than likely going to treat me like crap.

I once rejected a guy cause I saw him blow a tantrum over messy space management by a guy he was very good friends with. Growing up with parents who criticize me in 98% of conversations for minor issues like how I make coffee or wash dishes, I view critical people as psychopathic trailer trash that are no better than any other jailed convict in society. To me a person who murders innocent people is equally bad to somebody who yells 200 times a day for frivolous reasons like messy hair or overlooked dust particles in carefully washed dishes and unseen dirt stains on a plastic cloth. I get yelled at usually twice a day for having poor eye site and not seeing dust particles as clearly as my mom does when I’m wiping the table.

Hmm, if I found out someone was "testing" me at a restaurant by having the waiter make a mistake, even long after the fact, that would be it. I'm gone. I've heard of that technique being used in job interviews as well - just be careful because the trickery will drive some people away.

Fuck a table manner because we’re not eating with the Royals. Just eat properly as you should and we’re good.

I’ll take a look on how he present himself, then observe his behavior, manners, personality, knowledge, humor, and the vibes he radiates.

Well that’s an interesting way to weed them out, I don’t go to an expensive restaurant but do go to a public place or diner to talk and find out about them
