Is there anything I could do to increase the chance I meet this type of woman?

I'm immensely attracted to women with long hair (down to their waist or longer). Not sure why or how, but I just am. I'm not opposed to trying to date anyone with shorter hair, but if there's anything I could possibly do to increase my chances of meeting a woman about my age with very long hair, I'd be willing to do it. Hell, I might get so desperate that I'd consider moving to a place where this type of hair is more socially accepted and common for women, like countries in Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe. I'd like to hear any of you have to say.
