Most guys struggle to get a girl because we're so picky. But some guys not only get a girlfriend but regularly manage to cheat on her. So how can these guys bang a different girl every week while you're struggling to get a single girlfriend?

Your decent looking, go to the gym, have a good job etc and you're out-competed by an unemployable drug addict with a face that looks like the product of 5 generations of inbreeding. What are you doing wrong? Why do we drop out panties for a guy who rarely changes his underpants?

Well it's to do with cheating, we know if he can get not only a girlfriend but a bit on the side too then we're in for some good dick action, and that's what counts.

So here's what you do boys, get yourself a bottom of the barrel girlfriend, really lower your standards. Give it a week then make a move on her friends. I'll guarantee they'll say yes. The quality won't be great but you'll build a reputation as a stud.

Eventually she'll dump you but that's ok because you've now got a great rep and can aim higher. We'll be throwing ourselves at you.

I don´t think it´s the cheating part. That might work some time. I think the problem for many guys like me is that even "low quality" women won´t sleep with many guys since they think of themselves as high value.
We live in a world where no one thinks that he or she is low quality.
I think what guys should do instead is focus on what they are good and stick with that. Try to focus on something that is hard either to do or to figure out and not go for the quick relieve.
I think what guys should do is to help each other get better and improve especially communication skills in terms of body language and self confidence.
Telling guys to sleep around might get them sex but it might make it even harder to find a woman that´s loyal to you and have a long-term relationship if you´re reputation is being a cheater. Because I doubt that a guy that switches women every week will get a reputation of being a stud.
No guys need to get the reputation of being self-confident, self-reliant and being useful for others and being driven by something else than finding a woman to start a family.
To be fair there is some truth to your statement though since I also agree that a guy that have never had a girlfriend or sex will have a hard time getting the attention of any woman.

While I don't want to flat say "true", unfortunately there is a lot of truth in this. But you question doesn't really discern women. And there are good women and bad women. And just because this is somewhat truthful is only because there are so many bad women.

Also women have tendencies. No I'm not all women are the same. But women do have similar tendencies. The reason why the guys balling thier girlfriend and hitting thier side piece as well is a thing is because women are drawn to "in demand" guys. I don't know if biology, eons of evolution at work, I'm no f***ing scientist. But women find guys attractive when other women covet them. It's just the way it is. And the reason why these guys are successful is they're all about the endgame. Getting those panties of hers off! They might be attractive but what they have that makes them successful is the drive to get it done by any means necessary.

There's definitely some truth to this. It's called "pre-election" - some other girl is banging you, so you MUST have something going for you. And lots of girls want whatever another girl has, not because they necessarily like the guy, but because they are jealous of the girl.

I have used this to my advantage a few times in the past.
