Is this a good reason to reject a guy?

There was a guy who would always ignore me and act like I don't matter and I told him I had a dream where God said He would raise my I. Q. and make me Harvard material and then all of a sudden he showed interest in me romantically when I just wanted a platonic friend. I would not date him if he was the last man on earth, he acted like I did not matter at all, even in terms of basic needs and rights, just because I was neither beautiful nor rich, then when it seems I'm going places, he all of a sudden starts acting super nice.

do you want to really rejection him
Do you want to pay him back

Or I guess you could be the bigger person and do it the way you wish he would have done it with you

Very confused as to why talking about that dream made him change his attitude towards you since it doesn't actually say/change anything about who you are as a person, but frankly if you're not into him then you're not into him. Reject if you want to reject.
