How to know if a guy is using you?

Girls, how do u usually detect that guy is actually using u and not a real interest?
Guys, what did u do/action that specifically indicates that u used a girl for whatever benefits it brings u?

So first of I don't use woman. But when I am dating or trying to date someone and she starts establishing troubling behaviors, I usually let her know that it's bothering me a little bit. She makes no attempt to acknowledge my perspective, takes no responsibility for her behavior... well then it becomes a wait the clock out scenario for me... where I am trying to get as much sex out of it as I can before it's not even worth the sex.

So your kind of should know when he tries to take to you about something, and you through it back in his face or you think he is full of shit... but he doesn't leave. He just takes whatever crap you give him, and she stops trying to talk about it. Thats when you know he's just in it for sex now.

For me I subconsciously start apologizing for things I know a I am not sorry for, but I just don't what her to be angry... because I just want to get laid again so I internalize it until sex become not worth the drama.

- not sharing socials with you
- making constantly wait on read for hours before relying to messages
- only really contacting you to make plans for next date, but not asking you how your day went
- when they too busy to call and talk repeatedly
- when they only make time for you when it's convenient for them
