What does it mean to have a connection with someone?

My friend thinks I have a connection with this guy when me and him are to together she said that there's a vibe and she said it was a connection. Could a connection mean a friendship or is a connection on a more deeper level.

Are there different types of connections like friendships or is a connection base on a romantic thing. I'm a little confused about connections I've heard of chemistry but I don't quite understand how the whole connection thing works. People say connections are rare.

So your saying it might be on the romantic side and less likely on a friendship basis. I'm sorry I'm just trying to make sure I'm reading it right I tend to get things confused. I'm also confused as to why he's always looking at me, my coworker said he was looking in my direction with his head turned to me and his feet going the other way. I think it's safe to say friends don't blush at one another and it might mean something else.
