I met him on Hinge; not sure if this can be considered solely a friendly get together?

I met him on Hinge on August 7th, and we chatted for a few days; and then I gave him my number, and then he texted me and suggested we meet up when I was around his area, so I told him I would be in his area during the long weekend, so last night he texted me the following; we went back and forth and landed on this Saturday evening, lol not sure what to make of this but I'm seeing it as a friendly get together, he is 31 from Paris and I'm 26 some context.
