We are all flawed. We can all use self improvement and should be bettering ourselves so when the right person comes along it has the best chance of working.

But also, finding the right person is luck. You can do things to improve your chances of finding the right person.

Of course, there's also the option of staying single. I was very happy being single and could have done it forever, but my wife kind of fell into my lap. All luck.

Im pretty miserable staying single, even tho im off the opinion we dont NEED men, im just fed up of not experiencing what other people do. The women who have partners always show pics of them, i wanna be one to be able to do that

@Monalisa77 If I want a girlfriend, I'm not going to ask a young beautiful woman who looks like a model to go on a date. For a middle aged fat guy like me, that's not realistic expectations. Don't get your hopes up over somebody that is out of your league. Stay in your league and there's less disappointments.

But as i say, i can't help who im attracted to. there's a guy atm who isn't the best looking bloke I've seen and im not sure if i am attracted to him yet, even tho I've had a certain feeling towards him. I probably wouldve had a chance with the last one had i not mucked it up, anybody i go out with will always be better looking thab me, i would likely have to go out with someone whos old and ssogy looking, likely an abuser to go out with someone whos in my league
