Before going into details, basically I asked the girl out and she asked me back how many girlfriend I had ,
And below his the story line for the context:
Freshly graduated, I started to work this year and finally starting to earn some money !
Anyway.
I was at the local French language institute (I am French) for an event on Friday.
I made some connections and exchange numbers,
To my surprise , when I woke up I got a message from one of the girl I discussed with.
She was inviting me for a brunch on Sunday, which I accepted.
I was a nice New York Bagel style kind of place.
Anyway , few days later she invited me for a lunch following Saturday at a Thai place which was very tasty.
As she invited me twice I felt obliged to invite her too, but since I was busy on following weekend , I invited her the week after to a Hong Kong restaurant.
Since last weekend I flight back to France for business trip to Paris HQ plus some vacation.
I was thinking I could date her and asked her by WhatsApp : “do you want to be my girlfriend?”
To which she only answered back “how many girlfriend you had?”
Honestly I am inexperienced with girls.
So far I asked three girls out in my life and they all said “no” , and it’s been like 3 years I did not try to ask a girl out.
I have not yet read the message (just checked the notification) and pondering my answers.
What is she trying to do?
