How do I get my younger brother out of a rut?

My younger brother is depressed all because of his height. He’s 19 and roughly 5’5 and all he does is sit in his room in the dark and watch stupid black pill videos, tik toks and other shit that talk about men’s height. He goes to work then comes home and mopes in his room all day. He doesn’t like my boyfriend and my sisters boyfriend just because they’re over 6ft and we’re 5’1 and 5’2. And he’s barely talking to us anymore as well. When ever my dad tries to talk to him all he says is “you wouldn’t understand”. He’s planning to get his own apartment soon but I’m worried about his mental health.

I think it's good to leave some where else. I think what he needs is friends and people that can help him understand that online isn't the real world. I think there's not that much you can do, besides letting move out. I therefore think it's better for him to leave your family's home and get a place on his own to start new in a different environment. I understand your concerns you're not in the position anymore to help because from his position you and your sinister only proved his point. Since any Internet guru can tell a guy that what a woman wants and what she says are two different worlds. So he needs to find friends somewhere else and find a purpose in life.

Pray for him. Nothing else will make a difference. If he understood how God saw him, it would transform his life. Often we try to change things only in the physical realm, while ignoring what is going on in the spiritual one. If you only rebuke the rain that you can see in a storm... what about the wind that you cannot see?

He’s doing it to himself. Unfortunately, only he can help himself, no one else can do anything until he seeks help himself. He’s making himself feel bad about something that’s not even a big issue, and he’s feeding into all that lame online content regarding it, that’s no one else’s fault.

They literally make platform shoes and boots for short guys. Can raise him 1 to 6 inches.

Even cowboy boots would give him a few inches.

Doesn't fix his problem. But it certainly can't hurt.

Look up short people groups. Guarantee they are out there.

It's not your job or your position. i know that you want to help your brother but what if you say or do that makes it worse then what. its on him not you all you can do is just be there for him and see if he wants to hang out with you and your friends. to be honest being tall isn't always great either there's pros and cons to everything in life.

I was 6' 1" when I graduated high school. Within the next 6 years, I grew another 8". He's still growing!
