There is no way for a short man to become tall as short height in men is unattractive so do you think it's a good idea if they invented a medical procedure to make short men become tall such as cutting off legs and attaching longer ones or transplanting a short man's organs as well and head into a cybernetic body that's bigger and taller.
There is already a surgery to lengthen your femurs. 3 inches is the max recommendation. You're basically stuck in a wheelchair for a year and your legs can break much easier after it heals. Sounds pretty stupid, right?
Being short is just nature's way of telling you to invent a jetpack.

yes. there is actually medical ways to increase height but too troublesome and expensive.
