There is no way for a short man to become tall as short height in men is unattractive so do you think it's a good idea if they invented a medical procedure to make short men become tall such as cutting off legs and attaching longer ones or transplanting a short man's organs as well and head into a cybernetic body that's bigger and taller.

There is already a surgery to lengthen your femurs. 3 inches is the max recommendation. You're basically stuck in a wheelchair for a year and your legs can break much easier after it heals. Sounds pretty stupid, right?

3 inches won't make short men tall still. Being crippled is possible but not always. If it's stupid then any cosmetic surgery also is as well. The whole practice of plastic surgery is also equally stupid

Sure if someone is willing to pay for somthing silly they should have the chance to pay
