Not necessarily, it depends on the culture. If she's an Instagram model or from a conservative places they expect men to pay. Many Dutch, English, German, and Swedish girls who are wonderful offer to pay. It depends on her intelligence and what type of guy she wants to attract. A lot of popular pretty models often initiate dating. Where I have seen average to ugly girls behave more entitled. It depends on the girls' personality and intelligence. If she's a dumb gold digger with no personality or talent except looks, she will only search for rich guys.

DreamLife I could go breserk with details but that was just cruel when I typed it out so ill keep it simple. If you really are the catch you think you are why not post a How do I look topic with a pic of yourself and ask people on the site for a rating or what they are willing to do to get you? You'd know how attractive you really are and to who.
Because you keep acting like you are a rating so high guys would put up with a demanding personality that insults everyone while turning most guys off in the process. I would think I was at least a 7/10 in the looks department, especially when I was younger. No heavy make up and other fillers, breast implants/augmentations, butt lifts, needed.
