No. This is a common misconception with women and one of the reasons women have such a hard time understanding men. I've actually heard women say on this site that men can withstand rejection better than women because we have testosterone. Which of course is ridiculous. It may give us more bravery. But it doesn't reduce pain one iota. Guys feel pain the same as a woman does. Men are just discouraged of exploring that, of showing that emotion. Because in an evolutionary sense showing you're in pain is showing a weakness. Showing weakness encourages predators to attack.

Maybe, its hard to tell but women generally do feel their emotions strong so I am inclined to say yes. When I love her I really love her though, ill never know who loved each other the most in my last relationship because we were both way up there.
It's an individual thing, how strongly we feel emotions. However, some men were taught not to show them openly because of their upbringing. But it doesn't mean they don't feel them...
Also, you speak about anxiety, which mainly comes with other problems that can make you feel more, especially negative emotions. But still, it's not about the gender.
