That seems either like AI or someone with little social skills (or maybe even someone just taking a piss).

The lack of grammatical consistency (ex: going from "your" to "ur", inconsistencies in punctuation, etc) seems odd to me for AI. I could see a possibility of AI trained to mimic that on purpose through their training set, but I lean towards a person in this case.

It comes off to me like someone who got their idea of how to have a natural conversation with someone from watching films or reading books, trying to think up the most conventional thing to say. It's actually kind of hilarious to me with the response, "I'm sorry to hear that you're having a nightmare." :-D
