Do some guys just not like to talk for too long on the phone?

My boyfriend only likes to talk for short calls throughout the day. On our last 5 minute call of the night he will always say to have a good night and that he will talk to me in the morning. I just worry that he hates talking to me or something but then again I assume he wouldn’t call then if that was the case. Ugh hate how I overthink this all. In between our short calls he will text some and send funny reels to me too. We also see each other 3 to 4 days a week.

Don't even stress girl! Some guys just aren't huge phone talkers, it doesn't mean anything about you at all. My boyfriend is the same way - he'll shoot me a few short calls during the day but doesn't like long chats on the phone. You know how we get distracted easy lol

I think with your guy, since he's still calling, texting funny stuff, and wanting to see you a bunch, it really just shows he likes connecting with you however he can. Phones may not be his fave but he's still making the effort!

And honestly girl, 5 min before bed is the usual courtesy call whether we want a longer chat or not. Some of us really just wanna chill and relax after a long day. I'm sure he's just as happy to talk to you in person too.

Try not to stress - it sounds like you've got a great thing going! As long as the connection is there other ways, I wouldn't read too much into phone call lengths. Keep doing your thing and just enjoy your time together! Fellas will be fellas after all ;)

Then your phone conversations are probably meaningless and done for the sake of doing so. If you were discussing something interesting, it would go on longer than 5 minutes. What are your interests? what would you discuss if you talked for longer?

Phone calls can be tedious but nothing as bad as texting.
