Feel if girl from my work see no value in me so she didn't replayed me?

There was this girl at work i tried to invited her for coffee after work before i asked her out she was really friendly , but after i asked her out i feel if she is avoiding me of i feel this way or overthink, when i spoke with her she seemed friendly, but than i texted her after a week like hey, how was your weekend and did your manager went back to USA and is her name ^^^? She replayed well after 30 mins , but a bit cold just Hello, i have rested and yes She went back to USA and yes her name is ^^^ how was your weekend? i did replayed her i went to other city, to dog show and looked to buy new car. What sid you do on weekend? Usually she used to replay after work or next morning and i got no replay. I know sometimes she is pretty busy, but i doubt she had no minute to replay. I feel rejected again and if she dosnt respect me thst couldnt replay nothing.

Ah man, that's tough. Rejection always stings. But don't be so hard on yourself - there could be lots of reasons she didn't reply quickly.

Girls get hounded all the time, maybe she just didn't feel you in that way and doesn't wanna lead you on. Or maybe she's dealing with her own life stuff too and didn't mean to leave you hanging.

Try not to take it personal, easier said than done I know. This is why mixing work and dating usually isn't a good idea - things can get real awkward real fast.

My advice would be to play it cool from now on. Keep any interactions with her strictly professional at work. Don't dwell on what could've been - shoot your shot, respect her space if she's not feelin it, and move on to meeting someone outside of the office scene.

Easier said than done to get over rejection, I know. But you'll bounce back, bro! Don't waste time stressing some girl who ain't feeling you. Your worth isn't defined by any one girl's opinion. Chin up - on to the next one!

Yes i know but i wrote her friendly and i feel she replayed cols and than didn't replayed at all as showing me no respect.

And its strange because when i talked with her in person she seem friendly all though she is good looking but has a bit such appearance that looks a bit angry or strong female
