Have a hard time dating as an independent avoidant female?

First off, i dont want to message everyday and the guy i'm messaging now wants to message and then call. I thought the messages was enough because we were messaging throughout the day but no we still had to call.

My best is two times a week of messages and even then I hardly want to call unless its super important. I notice i am more suitable for commitmentless people. I know I have the tendency to be commitmentless as well

The problem is whenever I chat with someone, they suddenly turn from chill to someone who is anxiety/clingy driven and would accuse me of not being "ready" or saying that I'm just playing games.

Can i get to know a person slowly and not be bombarded with accusations? Lol

Avoidant attachment style is caused by childhood trauma. You need to heal yourself before trying to date. It is not healthy or fair to get involved with others that will end up getting attached to you which is a normal thing, and then naturally, you will pull away because of this and hurt the other person. You answered your own question, maybe you’re better off not committing to people but it’s your responsibility to tell that person right from the beginning.

No one needs to message at all. I have messaging disabled on my phone, so people have to talk to me and not just send irritating, emotionless texts.
