My boyfriend’s social media says he’s single. Do I say something?

Been dating a guy for about 3 months now. We spend a LOT of time together, he seems to somewhat prioritize me, most of our friends know we’re dating, he’s a great guy who treats me well. We have plans together throughout the summer, we’ve met each other’s parents, etc.

The thing that’s bugging me is his social media still says he’s single (mine has no status shown).

Should this worry me? Is this an indication that he’s less serious? I haven’t brought it up cuz I don’t wanna over react or seem like I’m creeping his social media all the time.

I was single for 12 years so despite being in my late 30s, dating is a little of a guessing game to me. He’s been single for 5 years, but still has some of his ex’s stuff around the house (like stuff he lets me use like slippers and whatnot), I’m not sure if that’s weird to still have after 5 years…

Anyway, do I bring up the single thing? If so, how would you recommend bringing this up?

3 months? if this was 3 years, i'd be more concerned. but 3 months... you can definitely talk to him about it tho. he probably just hasn't thought to change it or doesn't care much about social media status's.

just remember, this goes both ways. your relationship status doesn't even show. what will you say if he comes back at you with that? have a discussion to both change the relationship status on social media, if this bothers you. looking at your age, i'm just assuming he doesn't care much about his social media presence stating that he's in a relationship. not many care past the age of like early 20's.
