I see this guy every couple weeks as he oversees and directs our stores.. In the last couple months when I do get the opportunity to see him, he can’t stop hugging me when we are going to say goodbye and every hug is a lingering hug and leads to him holding my hand. He asked me what perfume I’m wearing after hugging me because he said it was really amazing. He tells me our chats are the best and my hugs are the best. He compliments my hairstyles and remembers details about me.. Is this a good indication he wants to ask me out?

It definitely sounds like he's super into you! Any guy who pays that much attention to details like your perfume, hair and remembers stuff you've said is definitely interested on more than a friendly level. And lingers when hugging? Come on, that's not just being polite haha.

The fact that he goes out of his way to chat with you every chance he gets is also a really good sign. Guys don't make that kind of effort if they're not feeling a girl. I'd say there's a really good chance he wants to ask you out! Next time you see him, really try to hold eye contact and smile when you talk. Flirt back a little so he knows you're into it too.

That's probably all the encouragement he needs to finally make a move. Although he may play it cool and ask just to hang out first so it's not too high pressure.
