Should I confront my colleague on being lazy?

One one side, she’s very lazy and my manager isn’t doing anything about it. But if I say something to her she could make my life more unbearable

Does her behavior seriously affect your work? If yes, try to find a way that is constructive and effective, or effective if all else fails.

If it just bothers you, ignore her as much as possible and work like you would if she worked properly. If she falls behind, that is her problem.

Yes I work with children if I’m alone with them bad things can happen

It can adversely affect you, but you could voice your concern from a parents point of view, mention something that could have happened because you were left alone and a parent could have witnessed it.

I don't think there is much more you can do without her being able to call you out on it if she gets heat. As sad as it is, you need to wait until a kid gets hurt because she isn't there to supervise. Hope that doesn't happen.

record your complaint to your boss and see what the reaction is. Anything less than acceptable report it to HR.

make sure you know the laws concerning recording others. Don’t get yourself in trouble

The best way to resolve the issue of how lazy she is would be calling out sick for 3 days and upon your return if your Boss gives you shit then you can contact HR with harassment in the workplace
