One one side, she’s very lazy and my manager isn’t doing anything about it. But if I say something to her she could make my life more unbearable
Does her behavior seriously affect your work? If yes, try to find a way that is constructive and effective, or effective if all else fails.
If it just bothers you, ignore her as much as possible and work like you would if she worked properly. If she falls behind, that is her problem.

The best way to resolve the issue of how lazy she is would be calling out sick for 3 days and upon your return if your Boss gives you shit then you can contact HR with harassment in the workplace
There's always a way to make your colleague feel crummy for being a lazy person. It is fun to give somebody a guilt complex and not say a word.
Let the manager manage.
