1. Why do you want to work at Starbucks?
2. What does great customer service look like to you
3. Tell me about your favorite customer and how you built a relationship with them. How did you build that connection?

1. Add a compliment regarding Starbucks products and/or culture. I've never worked at Starbucks so I can't tell you what it's like but I'd probably comment on that, add that I just really like the company, and have the expertise (or the ability to quickly gain it in my case) to be valuable.
2. Providing the customer with such a warm and friendly environment that they promote/recommend the company to others. Hopefully they come back multiple times again and bulid a relationship to the company.
3. Again, I've never worked at Starbucks but a feel-good positive story would probably work here. I've had many positive experiences but from the other side when the employees were really helpful and understanding.
I will answer Question 2...
In short, treat others as I would want to be treated. In particular, after delivering to the customer what they want, then do the following:
1. Ask if everything is OK with the delivered product and, if not, let me know.
2. Ask if there is anything else that they might want or need. If possible, try and anticipate their needs. For instance, a milk for any child may be with them.
3. As they leave, state my name and let them know that, if they need anything else, I am there for them and to just ask for me.
1 - I have no professional qualification. Starbucks is my last attempt.
2 - Great customer service is a lie. All 'we' want is them to consume.
3 - My favourite customer is dumb; and has no clue that he/she/it gets better products for less money anywhere else.
