Have you found it difficult being a female in a security business mainly because it’s dominantly male?

Within cyber, yes, lots. I don't have specific percentages but yes lots.

In answer to your specific question about difficult because of gender, I obviously can't speak to that. That said, the teams I work with hire and promote and assign based on technical competency.
