What are some jobs that are low level or entry level and more slow paced?

I’ve come to realize that even though I enjoy doing more physical labor jobs, even retail is basically a form of physical labor, over office or just sitting/standing around types of jobs, I can’t keep doing them because those types of jobs that I’ve had are slave drivers and tell you to go fast all the time and act like the world is falling apart if you aren’t constantly rushing and looking busy.

i know I’m not that old, but already I’m overworked and tired and simply cannot sustain the stress of

1. having to force myself to work and walk constantly at a fast pace when my natural peace is slow and I also do my best work when im slow and can think. If im rushed, I make errors and can’t think straight and I also don’t feel good. so not only is my emotional health suffering but so is my work quality. I get that retail bosses want you to work fast and don’t care as much about quality but I simply can’t continue like this in these slave driver jobs.
I know this isn’t the worst job out there. but I just can’t do this anymore.

Health wise it isn’t sustainable. I’m also wasting my energy and youth on a stupid job that is barely paying me enough to survive off of when really all I want is to be a stay at home mom and wife. I don't know if that’s in the cards for me but I know that would be a way better use of what every I have than these selfish jobs I work at where the bosses couldn’t care less about you only about their own individual goals and trying to climb the ladder.

I think some of my only options are maybe office work of some sort like data entry. I just don’t know what to search for when looking for suitable jobs. Any tips are appreciated.
