No. You keep your work and private lives separate- unless you're in a position where emergency medical needs and knowledge might be relevant. That's a bigger group than you might expect at first- I went through it as a school bus driver, for example- but it almost certainly doesn't extend to call center customer service.

Absolutely NEVER , you are not paid enough to be having people calling you outside hours , its a never ever - easy answer.
I don't give my personal number to a customer, unless they're a regular customer, and even then, only in special circumstances that I determine.
Nope. Unless I'm on travel and they need to contact me as to when to show up or something. But I wouldn't in a public customer setting.
You aren't going to serve them better.
