Depends on the picture. A person's portrait or nature scene should not be blurry. A motion scene, say a car going by, looks better when blurred because it shows motion. If blurry because the picture is out of focus... nit good, take another picture.
You are good at expressing what you like. That makes it easy for your existing or future partner to figure out what kind of framed pictures to put under the Christmas tree, along with the other gifts.
It has a certain aesthetic to it, I can appreciate one or two blurry photos in a bunch, but if every picture is blurry in my camera roll then I’d be deleting them.

Sure, you can better see the motion of the picture... even if you can't see the picture
I think it can look cool in some pics like the first one but others sometimes don't and would be better clear
No, I like clear photos better. If they ever come out blurry, I usually delete them right away.
I do like unique results in pictures. They can often be better than planned.

I dislike those Blurry photos as they tend to be just glanced over
I like portrait mode wherein the subject focused on the pic is clear while everything else is blurry.
