Do you associate in your mind Cat woman as white or black or both?

Personally I've always seen her as white like in Gotham and Arkham, Batman Returns. I thought this would be a interesting question because she has shown up multiple times as one or the other. I think also halle berry left a bad taste in my mouth after that portrayal of her. But of course she wasn't the only time nor the first cat-woman has been black.

I can see catwoman as either one honestly. I think out of all the live action Catwoman portrayals, Zoe Kravitz fit the best in my opinion. So it can go either way for me.
I can’t imagine a black Batman tho and I think Commissioner Gordon can go either way just like how Nick Fury is portrayed by Samual L Jackson but was originally white

I have some strong views on the changes to Nick Fury just because it don't make any sense that realistically in a time of high racism that a person of colour would become a leader of the most funded protection service of Us plus they kinda threw away how old he actually is and that he was in WW2 and actually went blind in one eye because of that, in the comics he never really ages too because he has a anti-aging super drug put into him. Safe to say I liked him in the comics and the so many changes to him which goes beyond even the race change, it's not something I like for sure.
Commissioner Gordon has that iconic look so it does bother me.

I meannnnn realism isn’t a very big factor for me considering there are characters like Thor and Hulk. I just think he works really well

It's more about plot holes than realism. Because of course nothing is realistic about super hero's but if it's a story full of plot holes that's a bad story no matter based on it's fictional content so unless MCU is a universe were racism don't exist it's a plot hole.
