There are many ideas or adaptations I would (have) love (d) to see made into a movie. Here are some examples that would be cool.
Star Wars movie from an Empire soldier's perspective. In the style of a war movie, like Saving Private Ryan or Full Metal Jacket but with the Empire. Adding also a more gritty, mature, rough tone.
A Predator movie from the predator's perspective, exploring their homeworld, their society, what they do besides from hunting etc.
Making some conspiracy theories into movies would be cool, like the "supposed UFO attack" at operation highjump in Antartica 1946; the Annunaki Grey aliens having connections with the US gov; missing 411 & cryptids connetion; project blue beam
the exploding head syndrome creepypasta into as a movie
a movie about the Baikal lake alien encounter
a movie or series about the SCP foundation
the crysis game as a movie
a prequel to Cabin in the Woods
a Star Wars prequel of Palpatine becoming a sith
the Alien: Earth war comics filmed
Darth Vader (2017) comic vol25 filmed

I'd be interested to see a movie adaptation of the StarCraft universe. You know... assuming that the studios wouldn't take all the unnecessary creative liberties with the series or inject it with identity politics and thereby make it unexciting and unwatchable.

WAy back in the day there was a classic 3 issue story with Iron Man vs The Titanium Man. It had cold war intrigue, deception, betrayal. love, sacrifice and lots of cool gadgets and high tech stuff.
