+1 yI have a 65" Professional Display in my office/den upstairs, mounted on the wall. It looks even bigger than it is because it has such a huge bezel. I bought it on a liquidation auction from Harpo Studios for $99. It didn't fit in our living room, so in my office it went. I spent more on a wall mount to hold a screen as heavy as this one is.
My living room has a 55" TV, which is just fine for that room. Any larger and it wouldn't fit where we currently have the TV, and it also would be too large for how close the furniture is to the TV.

I didn't have room for any bigger than a 65.

My husband will be right over.

@TrueConfection ... lmao. He's more than welcome. I have a fresh pan of brownies and some ice cold coke (or coffee if he prefers). He will, however, have to fight the 14 year old boy who plays XBox all the time on that TV. (That's a story for another day.) :) But you're always welcome.
- +1 y
I made brownie sundaes for dessert. 😋 I'll see your 14 yo boy and raise you a 17 yo boy in addition to my husband. Although, my husband doesn't play video games. 🤔
- +1 y
@TrueConfection ... I think we're going to be fast friends. I see your 17yo boy with my 17 (and a half he would hasten to add) yo boy, the 20yo oldest boy and the daughter who turns 11 tomorrow morning.
I think what your husband an I can do is tell my boy we're going to watch Downton Abbey. He'll run from the room so fast nothing will happen. Then I'll give your guy a beer and he can enjoy the 75. - +1 y
Those halves and quarters are very important. 😂 I'll see your 17 yo and 20 yos with my 19 and 20 yos. You got me with the 11 yo though. 17 is my youngest. I like the Downtown Abbey idea! 😂😂😂

@TrueConfection ... the fourth was the hardest: we had to trade in CR-V for the Odyssey. My wife's only regret about the fourth child! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
- +1 y
Ouch! I remember reading in the BMW for the SUV and then... dun dun dunnnn. The Odyssey. My husband was so mad that he left me at the dealer while I bought it. 😂

@TrueConfection ... they are good times, aren't they. Someday I'll tell you the story about my Camaro that I no longer have.

Ooooo!!! Did you already know that old Cameros are my favorite cars?

by the way, we had that Odyssey for12 years and 250K miles.

@TrueConfection ... get out! No, ma'am I did not! That's so cool. This link should (key word) work: this was one of my Christmas presents. www.lego.com/.../chevrolet-camaro-z28-10304

@TrueConfection Honda Odyssey?
- +1 y
@Daniela1982 yes
- +1 y
@TrueConfection Honda had a little one-man dune buggy before they came out with their 3 wheelers called the Odyssey too.
- +1 y
@daniela1982 Ok, I didn't know that Honda made dune buggies. @snowedin is right... 17 cup holders! Good cup holders too, not the flimsy kind. 8 passenger seating, and my favorite... TWO glove compartments.
- +1 y
@TrueConfection YES! And remember the "secret" compartment in the second row?
- +1 y
Yes, but I didn't end up using that as much as I thought I would. It was lost under the diaper bag, snacks, and toys.
- +1 y
@TrueConfection and all the cheerios and goldfish...
- +1 y
Goldfish aka Kiddie Crack. We called it "Bibble".
- +1 y
@TrueConfection One for each glove?
- +1 y
@Daniela1982 One for all the napkins, straws, and plasticware. It was great! There was a middle console, but it wasn't a compartment. Instead, it could flip down allowing Mommy or Daddy access to the back without leaving the car. Yep, that was a great car to have with kiddos.

+1 y55. We had a 65 before and its just too big in my opinion. You can barely tell it apart from a 55 tbh. Both were great for the video game tournaments i threw back then. Then we have 3 42’s and like a 28 for the kitchen

Basically our 55

+1 yNo TV. I don’t want kids brain washed.
we had a 55 inch because my ex mother in law wine about it otherwise she won’t babysit. That was 10 years ago.
when I was a stay at home mom for three years. I “hung out” with other stay at home moms. They had a big tv on all day. Such trash kids raised watching. She wanted background noise all day. I can see why our kids are not raise by moms but by social media.20 Reply

I do have a real TV that is bigger, a 40 something.
12 Reply- +1 y
You would need 2 big guys to mount it to the wall for a 90 inch. Any bigger and you can open your own movie theater.
Well me. 30 i think.
But i still consider my pops 70 inch to be mine. 😤

+1 yI voted B, but I thought it was closer to 48 or 50. I'm not sure. It's the largest that will fit in the built in TV niche. My husband wants a big one for our back porch, but I refuse. So far, I win. 😂

352 opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. 42". Many people have a TV that is too large for their room and the distance they are from the screen. You are supposed to be able to see the entire screen at once from your seat without turning your head for the proper size TV screen.

+1 y40 on a stand. Soon to get a 55 on the wall. We could go as big as 65 on the wall, but the room is rather small, 55 will do, and I;m darn near broke from fixing what a "professional" did to my bathroom.
