What are your Gatherings on Sleep Paralysis?

Sleep Paralysis reports have existed for over 2,000 years and from all over the world.

Despite the vast distance and geographic space of its sufferers, with the absence of communicative technologies/internet, they all shared the same features/observations.

Inability to establish movement, being awake, feeling inability to breath, And a malicious entity staring at you whilst undergoing such torment.

What were Your observations?

I used to have it a lot as a kid, it was scary as fuck. The only time I saw some malicious figure was the last time I had it about 10 years ago. I woke up and looked up at this poster in my room of Clint Eastwood from The Outlaw Josie Wales, but the face was s skull. I thought "what the fuck?" And was able to move, looked away for a second, then looked back and the skull face was still there. I thought to myself "fuck off!" and rolled over and went back to sleep. I already knew there were ghosts in my old house and thought they were fucking with me, at least 5 people had seen them including my brother. I don't know if it was ghosts or just a hallucination though, because I've had lots of times where I'm stuck between being asleep and awake.

I started praying and when I could breath I started saying Jesus’ name and the pressure left me.
