For a sensitive topic I did. A few times like if I was watching stuff about animals dying or getting cut up and stuff. Like if I knew the topic and was eating I’d avoid it, and then maybe later watch it when I could stomach it.
One time I felt so tired of the world I just passed it on. I wanted to see happy stuff/funny stuff.
Another time it may have been like violence stuff or horror stuff I don’t remember, but it was late at night and I was in a paranoid mood, so I decided to skip it for the sake of peaceful slumber.
Otherwise I’ve always clicked them to see. Especially if I was already there or looking deeper in certain topics/situations.
That statement doesn't affect me.
Never. Back in the 1980's, when Channel 4 was new (increasing the number of channels by a third!), they had films with a warning triangle in the corner. It basically said "this is going to be good!" to my teenage self.

I've seen it on movies made in the 40s and 50s. It's total bullshit. Just means it was produced without snowflake input
I can't even remember if i have seen one of these at the start of a video
