I am 24 years old. I live with my parents in an apartment and there is a relatively young couple in their early thirties with a little child that live above us and they have been living there for years.
The guy/man winked at me clearly and deliberately with a slight smile on his face one day when he was coming up the stairs and I was waiting for one of my parents to open the door to our apartment. I looked over in his direction and he just winked and I looked away instantly.
I don’t know why he winked because he clearly has a girlfriend and they have a son together. Why do you think he winked? What does the wink mean? Usually he just smiles and says hello when he sees me, and vice versa.
The weird thing is that the other day I was sitting with one of my parents outside and the couple were at the same spot too and when my parent went up to out apartment for a moment, he walked over where I was sitting and said hello to me and spoke to me smilingly and asked if I had seen the little boy. But his girlfriend had just sat next to him and she came with the little boy and the little boy was just behind a gush. Anyway, he spoke to me and she was there. Usually, he (they) never speak, and neither do my family.
Their not a couple that talk and chat with neighbors except sometimes he is very helpful and friendly to one of my parents. The girl/woman just smiles very slightly and says hello sometimes. All in all, they keep to themselves mostly and are very reserved.
