How can a man tell his girlfriend he loves her while that very same night try to get the attention of another woman?

By eavesdropping on her conversations and trying to get her attention? In the past he has flirted and teased and stares at this other women, time and time again. He baits and provokes her to get her attention. But then he love bombs his girlfriend with “I love yous”. We’re in the same social circle. Is he lying to his girlfriend? Does it sound like he is using her? He even said that dating her was a lie and winked at the other woman in front of her. The girlfriend didn’t seem to care even though I think it disrespected her in front of everyone..

I don't know him. I couldn't do that. But I'm not every guy. Is it wrong when a woman does this to multiple guys? This really comes down to opinion. Some people would say this is part of the game and many women would call it fair game. Others would call it abhorrent.

Some people value it her people. And some people only value the attention of others.
