It's normal to be afraid of giving birth, I am too. The doctors can give you drugs and you won't feeling anything. Or if you really want to have kids you can adopt or find a surrogate.
I don't know if this will help, but remember and imagine that you are the present version of an uninterrupted line of women who have successfully given birth, and under much worse circumstances than you have right now.
Okay so if you want to carry the pregnancy to term yourself, could you talk to someone about this fear you have? A counsellor or your ob gyn might be able to adress the mental blocks you have and give you some reassurance
A lot of people just reply “being scared is normal” so they minimise and don’t understand that I just can’t move passed the terrifying thOughts of it. But I want to just don’t know how. Just the graphic images of everything freaks me out. Like the idea of getting a c section and being awake and cut open and bleeding out on a table like an animal. Is quite a traumatising image.
Have seen people fisting vaginas in extreme porns, doesn't that make pussy loose of those pornstars? And if it's loose, isn't it that it'll be easier to get baby out from those pornstars?
Vaginal stretching can help with giving birth, but that's not all. It's not just about the vagina, her pelvis bones will move and ligaments stretch as well. This stuff makes men uncomfortable. Pregnancy and what comes with it can scare some people i guess. Most women doesn't seem to be worried about this too much, and it's a natural thing, so they shouldn't be too worried about it, but if they do, it looks like OP's case. You dont think about it just fuck like a wild animal and your body will take care of the rest. You just have to do the deed then enjoy the road because there is no going back after that.
Yes probably. But I don’t even want to talk about the topic much. That’s also the problem. I just want to avoid it, sort of like if you have an irrational fear of spiders and someone says oh keep a jar if spiders in your home and your like f no. So I know I’m not helping myself but it feels helpless
Unfounded fears ladies. The incidence of death from childbirth is way down there, way under the chance of getting killed in a car accident. It's not 'perfectly normal', it's called 'horribilizing'. You kids are famous for that. Just quit choosing to be a victim - that's your standard MO.

Honestly no idea, I'm kinda scared about that in the future myself!

Do you have to give birth to have children though? What about a surrogate, or adoption? Or dating someone who already has kids?
I actually want to have a child of my own that’s the whole dilemma. I want it so bad but just can’t do it at the same time
Okay so if you want to carry the pregnancy to term yourself, could you talk to someone about this fear you have? A counsellor or your ob gyn might be able to adress the mental blocks you have and give you some reassurance
Well, from what I hear once you get pregnant your mind totally goes on having the baby, and your maternal instincts kick in and you get baby fever
I have got baby fever.
But that doesn’t take away any fear. It just makes the feeling worse, because I want it so bad but just can’t mentally do it.
@Bella9191 Aww you need a man who is understanding with you and will comfort you about these issues
Ask around from a lot of mothers, how their experience was.
What part are you worried about the most? Health risks or?

I thought they have drugs now to make giving birth seem like nothing.
Some people don’t or can’t make it to a hospital and have to do a natural birth
Ok and often does that happen?
Depends on what part of childbirth you are scared of experiencing... I know several who planned a c-section.
Just maybe get some hypnosis and take some more time before deciding take the epidural
Have more and more sex with ur hubby, loosening ur pussy
I don't know if that helps, but just thought so as a way
Hah, that's totally not how it works.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Perfect analogy is getting strapped into a roller coaster, the belt comes down and you are fucking committed to the whole shebang.
Or get a c-section and knocked out with anesthesia
I don't know it scares me too thinking about it and I'm not giving birth i think it's why I never had a kid it's all pressure lots of it
Ask your regular doctor for a psych referral. Yeah, unfounded fears.
I think it’s perfectly normal to be nervous about the pain. My friend was afraid she was going to die even.

Don't most women these days just get an epidural and zonk out until it's over?
It’s more psychological fear than the actual pain for me that’s holding me back. Epidural helps with the actual pain not the fear in the mind,
@Bella9191 well maybe talk about it to a therapist.
If how it entered your stomach, You will take it out that like. No other choice. Or I can be a surrogate mother for you.
Your womb*
To your update; you want to have a child of your own blood, then you will endure the pain. there is no world without pain.
Yea I understand I am not afraid of pain I just have mental blocks that freak me out and won’t let me go ahead with it
So do you have a mental disability? and is this an obstacle to pregnancy? Can't you get pregnant?
talk to other women who have given birth
also...1/3 women report having a mindblowing orgasm during childbirth sooooooo there's that
Well, you could face your fear and watch live child births and talk to women who have been through it.
I'm guessing you'll leave it late then have them anyway. Mired as you are with hormones.
What part scares you? The fear of pain? Losing your body shape? Becoming a mom?
The doctor can give you a shot to greatly reduce the pain.
