Parents, did you manage to keep the way you wanted to educate your children?

My sister has a son (soon 1 years old) and she set up almost like a spread sheet of the rules for the way that she wants her to have/not have and education.
First she is absolutely against anything plastic so Disney/Pixar the kid show on trend banned toys banned.
Second all of his meals will be at least 90% homemade and possibly organic
Third no industrial/chemical products especially food
Fourth he won't be allowed to watch TV/tablet/phone until he is six and it will be maximum 30 minutes
And the list goes on. I don't know where it's all coming from because she had plenty of toys and our father always bought us Kinder and stuff.
He isn't aware of the toys so no problem but if we bring something made of plastic it's in the trash. She manage well to make his meals so great as for myself don't know if I will be capable of doing it (time, ideas,...) but great. For the industrial/chemical food I kinda agree because it's not a good thing to have this habit of giving a lot of unhealthy snacks, it's full of sugar so there can be addiction,... but banish them? Once in a while it's totally okay and I think she is going a bit far.
As for the TV, phone, tablet it's absolutely LAUGHABLE. Her and her husband are GLUED to their phones scrolling through social media, having discussions about what they've seen on it and NO not the news the latest posts of a random influencer or friends. They are so glued that when we are on holiday they completely ignore us. We try to have a conversation and they slightly raise their heads like "ow the peasants tried to communicate" and briefly answer. Aren't you supposed to set the exemple in order to have your kid follow your rules?
And even if she has a strong will, he already seems to have quite a temper and he is cute AF. So I doubt she will stay on her grounds when he will beg with his little adorable face or throw a huge tantrum. But I might be wrong, I don't have children. I babysat a lot and was a monitor on summer camp but that's all.
