Accept that it may be hard for your friends to talk about how they are feeling. It can be embarrassing to feel scared about something commonplace (driving down a certain road) after a traumatic experience. With acceptance of that, you can focus A) on making sure you’re OK and then B) on being available for your friends to talk to about this shared traumatic experience when they’re ready.
There’s no single magic answer to this question. Be open with them, express your own feelings and concerns, ask them if they’d like to talk about theirs, be patient if they don’t want to, be available for them but don’t push. Take it all one day at a time. Ask for more direct and immediate local help if you feel you need it for you.

Luckily everyone's ok. It will take some time to recover from the trauma. It's like PTSD, but usually people get over an accident in time, if not maybe get some counseling.
