Is Andrew correct when he says that modern women will be more fulfilled in life, if they became mothers?

At the start of the video, a group of women talked about how they want to focus on there career and don't necessarily care about having children. They stated in place of being a mother they would go and travel and focus on their job and hobbies.

Andrew listened to some of them and then responded by saying that most of these women will be suicidal by the time they are over 50. He then mentions his grandmother and how powerful it is to be a mother and how by ending their bloodline they would be spitting in the faces of their past ancestors who fought to get them to where they are today. Lastly, he mentions that at 90, they will have nothing as the career they put their life into would be over.
