So basically they are trying to make a vacation of their visit to me. That's my issue with this. If it were just a visit it's one thing but a fucking vacation! He'll naw

I haven’t seen my mom in three years and her side of the family for 6 years. I would LOVE having them over… he’ll I wish my mom and stepdad came to live with me and always have them around.
It’s nice having friends over but with most of them, I have it two hours and I want them gone. Other friends I love having over and don’t want them to go.
So honestly it depends on who is coming over

I don't mind my parents, but not everyone... I also don't mind a get together in the backyard for a BBQ or something but if they are going to be staying for a week or more, they need to get a room somewhere.

As for me I always welcome company & if they call me & want to stop over no problem however if they want to make a vacation of it I end up with a headache.
I always say first you are a guest & then you are a pest.

Thank you, I had to include this in my update. I feel they're well I know they're making a vacation of my visit is the issue. If it were just a visit like swinging by for a couple hours okay but they're flying here that's a damn vacation at my place

I'm trying to figure out how I can get them not to visit. She was like "girl why can't I hear from you?" Extroverts get on my nerves. They take shit personal. I really don't like being on the phone unless it's a social app or someone wants to meet up to do something. Then she's like imma have to make a visit to your state. Like why tf would she do some dumb shit like that? She thinks I don't answer the phone now I really ain't answering the phone.
