Something I’ve come to realize in the past few months is how much more then anyone or anything that I attack myself on a daily basis. My self esteem and confidence in myself is shot and it sucks. On one hand I strive to improve myself everyday and to be better and try to find new ways to improve my life. But there will be moments through out the day where I’ll catch myself in a bad habit I’ve been trying to break. Then the attacks and insults start pouring in and I’m literally having a mental battle with myself. It really kills my mood cause on one hand I don’t want to enable myself and on the other I can be incredibly harsh towards myself and sometimes set impossible standards. How do I find a more healthy balance for success?
