Should I stay best friends with a player?

My two best friends are boys. I'm a girl. Neither of them have any romantic interest in me and they both actually have gfs. One of them has a girlfriend that goes to a different school but has admitted he still likes his ex from our school that wants to get with him again. And my other friend started dating a girl the same day she started the WORSE rumor about my cousin, Who he is also friends with. He only dates girls for their bodies and just to have someone. So my question is, should I stay friends with them or cut ties? Keep in mind I go to a VERY small school with an extremely limited number of people to be friends with.
