What do you think my friend's intentions are?

I have a friend who has built a reputation for helping others. She is an accountant and has always asked to do my taxes. come tax season , she texts me and asks me for my tax forms and asks to do my taxes. I've said that's ok before but , she then insists. She made a few mistakes when doing mine. She always puts herself out there as a person who helps people. Well, to be honest, I've needed help with real things so many times. When I lived 5 miles away, she came over 1 x in 4 years and I was losing my house. She new this and never talked about it and acted nonchalant with no advice when I discussed it. My dog recently bit someone and I texted her frantic and she says " O no"! And, doesn't even ask if I'm ok nor has she called to see how I'm doing. She came over once to my new place and I told her I was going to paint my walls. She did offer her help but, when I said no, that's ok , I don't want to put you through that trouble she said " ok, whatever you decide". She invited her over again and she made some excuse. She doesn't contact me unless it's tax season. If she's a good friend then why is it only about the taxes and nothing else

Oh. In that case she’s a suck accountant and I wouldn’t take her up on her offer. But at least she’s a good friend for offering.

I have a hard time agreeing but, thanks. I needed her help and she wasn't there for me in the times I needed it. I do not need her help in taxes. I have enough money to be able to pay someone , I'm smart enough to do my own taxes and if I didn't have enough money to pay for them which I do, then I would be able to find resources to help me. I think she's competitive and nosy and likes to make herself superior to others.
