How do you deal with people who take no accountability?

This guy in my friend group basically lead me and other girls on by telling me he really liked me and wanted to date me, then told the other girls behind my back that he wasn't interested in me. He kissed my housemate after asking me out on a date.

When the other girls showed me his texts and we communicated with each other and exposed what he was doing, he blamed me and said I'm a "snakey." And untrustworthy.

He then started dating my friend, and makes shady digs at me whenever we all hang out. He said I'm "ditzy" and a bad person. And said I'm "not even all that looks wise."

I've recently cut him and his girlfriend off because I think they're both bullies, and because I have walked away from their "friendship" he is saying I'm "only salty that he didn't want me." How do I even respond to that? I think he's gross and a bully and honestly it was a lucky escape. I want nothing to do with them.
