My cousin have corona virus what should I do?

we have been talking before 3 years and she just wanted to take advantages off me i know I'm not mean anything for her and she blocked me since 3 years ago and although she blocked me i kept ask her sister about her but she was still ignoring me , now I came to her uncle as a guest and i don't know if i have to visit her or ignore her back , she have corona virus

it's not about the virus it's about my relation with her, yesterday we met each other first time since 3 years she said hi and i looked at her eyes and i didn't say any word and she walked away, and after tow hours i saw her again walking and staring at me but i kept ignoring her, i was intending to take my revenge from her after what she did for me before 3 years
